Join us for a cooking class that captures the essence of fall in every bite. We will delve into the art of crafting the perfect brioche dough, unlocking the secrets to its rich and buttery goodness. Then, under expert guidance, we will have a hands-on experience and transform this luscious dough into show-stopping twisted cinnamon buns. Picture golden spirals of brioche enveloping layers of cinnamon goodness, all crowned with a drizzle of decadent apple cider caramel.
But the fall festivities don't stop there! To add an extra touch of cheer, we will concoct a refreshing apple-rosemary mocktail, a perfect companion to the warm and aromatic brioche creations.
Whether you're a novice in the kitchen or a seasoned home baker, this class promises an immersive and enjoyable experience, where the flavors of fall come to life in every twist, turn, and sip. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the heart of autumnal baking!
This class is hands-on style. 
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
Also, class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot.  If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
