Join Chef Mikey, executive chef of The Blu Halo, for a holiday meal sure to be delicious! Chef Mikey will demonstrate how to make the perfect and unexpected brunch for family and friends this holiday season. Chef will prepare Steak with Chimichurri, Eggs (including a Poached Egg demo) and Home Fries.
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and watch Chef Mikey prepare the brunch meal and then enjoy his creation.
We will have chilled water and coffee for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
Also, class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
