In this class you will be introduced to the world of Sourdough Bread baking. You will learn how to make and maintain a sourdough starter as well as how to bake a loaf of Artisan Sourdough Bread. In addition to the bread, you will be able to sample delicious sourdough biscuits, that as a bonus is made from the discard starter. You will leave the class with your very own starter.
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
