Join Chef Nikki in a festive culinary journey into Cuban cuisine and learn some of her favorite Cuban Cuisine Classics to bring SABOR to your Christmas Eve! Experience the rich, flavorful dishes that make this holiday unforgettable in South Florida. Chef Nikki will guide you through her favorite Cuban classics, starting with Ropa Vieja—a slow-cooked beef dish with peppers, homemade sofrito, and tomatoes, where the tender meat shreds like “old clothes.” Next, she’ll share her family’s treasured Abuela’s Black Beans recipe, followed by traditional White Rice. For dessert, indulge in a decadent Tres Leches Cake—a sponge cake soaked in three milks and topped with Chantilly crème.

This class is demonstration style. Sit back and learn how to create the perfect Christmas Eve meal and then indulge in the delicious dishes Chef Nikki creates.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
