Experience the best of local ingredients in our Farm to Table cooking class with Chef Cat! Using fresh, seasonal produce from nearby farms, Chef Cat will guide you through an interactive culinary adventure. You’ll start with crispy Homemade Tortilla Chips served with Black Bean Hummus and Roasted Pepitas. Then, create hearty Double Meat Tacos bursting with flavor. For dessert, whip up Apple Empanadas paired with a local Berry Jam. Join us for this farm-fresh feast and learn how to bring the flavors of the season right to your table!

This class is interactive style, mostly demonstration style with hands-on elements. 

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
