In this class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create light and fluffy gnocchi from scratch, paired with a decadent Truffle Shallot Cream Sauce. Top it off with grilled chicken if you like and enjoy a fresh salad and bread alongside your dish. Whether you're new to making pasta or looking to perfect your technique, this interactive class will leave you feeling confident and inspired to recreate this restaurant-quality meal at home!

This class is interactive style, mostly demonstration style with hands-on elements.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
