We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.

- Drunken Goat Cheese Salad: Goat cheese soaked in Pinot Noir and rolled in pecans, seared in butter, and served on dressed field greens with crispy crostini croutons.
- Filet Mignon Au Poivre: Cast iron-seared filet mignon with a peppercorn cognac cream sauce, served alongside fondant potatoes and roasted haricot vert green beans.
- Baked Alaska: Chocolate sponge cake base with chocolate ice cream filling, torched Italian meringue, and a drizzle of salted chocolate sauce.
