In this special September class, you'll start with a comforting Moroccan Spiced Squash Soup, made with locally sourced ingredients. Then, Chef Cat will guide you as he prepares a succulent Lemon and Herb Roasted Chicken, perfectly paired with Moroccan Pearl Couscous—a nod to the pearls that signify this day. To finish on a sweet note, indulge in Moroccan Baklava drizzled with fragrant Orange Blossom Syrup. This class is not just about cooking; it's about sharing love and joy through food.

This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Cat and Tiborah cook and then enjoy the delicious dishes they have created!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
