In this vibrant cooking class, you’ll learn to create a flavorful island-inspired meal, starting with juicy Jerk Chicken Burgers—chicken marinated in bold jerk spices, served on a toasted bun with fresh greens and topped with a sweet and tangy Mango Salsa for the perfect tropical bite. On the side, enjoy crispy Plantain Fries, seasoned with Caribbean spices for the perfect sweet-savory crunch, and a light, refreshing Seashell Salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, and a zesty lime dressing. To complete your island feast, sip on a refreshing Sorrel Punch as you cook and dine. Join us for an evening of bold flavors and island vibes!

This class is interactive style, mostly demonstration style with hands-on elements.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
