When there is an oyster cooking class in the TPT kitchen applause is heard across town!  Osceola Oyster Co. purchased Boonedocks Oyster Co and they are excited to be our newest members of the TPT culinary family!  The oyster farm is in Skipper Bay, nestled in the heart of coastal Florida.  Their oyster farm is a testament to their commitment to sustainable aquaculture, environmental stewardship, and the preservation of  Old Florida They will teach us how to shuck oysters and will share three different ways to prepare oysters!  They will grill up some oysters, with garlic and parmesan.  Then, they will share their favorite Oyster Gumbo, perfect for your next dinner party!  In addition, they will share the best way to eat oysters raw!  Dozens of oysters will be served up in the TPT kitchen.  PLUS, you will bring home a dozen fresh oysters to practice your new recipes at home!

This class is demonstration style.  Sit back and enjoy as the Osceola Oyster creates and then enjoy the delicious meal thet make!

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
